“Kandulu” bags two at Derana Music Video Awards 2011

The video I made for Kasun Kalhara’s famous track “Kandulu” from his second album “Romantic Opera” just bagged two awards including Best Alternative video and a Jury Award at Derana MVA 2011! The video was inspired by the lyrics of legendary lyricist Achala Solomons who is also responsible for the lyrics of Kasun’s “Sanda MIthuri”. And “Irunu Aththatu” another video which I did for Indrachapa Liyanage + “Kandulu” together nominated for 5 more Categories.
